The BRIDGE to the System You Need
How a project with us runs, from a free thirty-minute call to the system you need: six steps, one for each letter of BRIDGE, and what you hold at the end of each one.
Before you let anyone change the system your business runs on, you should know what the work will look like week by week. BRIDGE is the whole path, from the system you have to the system you need: six steps, and what you hold at the end of each.
Why the path comes first
Outsourced software work usually goes wrong in one of two ways. The build starts before anyone has priced the problem, so the number moves in month three. Or nobody can tell you, on a given Tuesday, what was done and what is stuck. The path below closes both gaps: the work is scoped and priced in writing before it starts, and one person reports to you every working day.
The six steps
B: Baseline
Thirty minutes, five questions, nothing to prepare. We look at where the time goes, what it costs, and what is already automated. A one-page map comes back inside two business days, and it is free.
R: Roadmap
The first phase is scoped and priced in writing, at a fixed price: which piece goes first, why, and what done looks like. This step typically takes two to four weeks.
I: Increments
Working software every week, on a real stack. In a modernization the old system keeps running while the new one takes over, one piece at a time.
D: Daily
Every working day you get a plan in the morning and a report at the end: what is done, what is in progress, what is blocked, and anything that needs your decision. Both come from one person who answers for the work.
G: Go-live
The system is deployed behind the same checks our own products ship under. Then comes the handover: the repository, the infrastructure definitions, and a runbook written for someone who is not us. Your team is trained on it.
E: Evolve
We stay on if you want us: a maintenance retainer, a dedicated team scaled month to month, or AI added where it pays for itself.
