PRODUCT_04 DOCBASE IN_BUILD
A first draft that took the whole team three minutes.
DocBase breaks a document into sections, writes them at the same time with a specialist on each, reviews them against one another, and puts the result in front of a judge before you ever see it. A section that does not clear the bar is written again on its own.
What it does, and where each part stands
-
Seven-stage pipeline shipped
Decompose the brief, confirm any new specialist with you, draft in parallel, review across sections, assemble, judge, persist. Each stage is observable while it runs.
-
Specialists in parallel shipped
Sections are written simultaneously by different agents rather than one after another, and the review pass re-runs only the sections that actually conflict.
-
It asks before adding a specialist shipped
When no specialist covers a section the document needs, the pipeline proposes a new one and waits up to 30 minutes for you to approve or skip it. A scheduled run skips the pause and carries on.
-
Quality gate shipped
A judge model scores the assembled document out of 10, and its instructions set the pass mark at 7.0; a draft it does not pass goes back for revision. Two rounds, then it accepts the document and tells you it stopped.
-
Branded PDF and DOCX shipped
Four PDF themes, your logo and colours in both PDF and DOCX, and each file cached as an artifact you can fetch again without regenerating.
-
A recorded golden run in build
The end-to-end run that would fix a real quality score, latency and cost per document. It has not been recorded yet, which is why every such number on this page is a design target.
This is probably you
- Your best document takes a day, so the deadline decides which version the client gets.
- Every proposal starts from the last one, which started from the one before that.
- The knowledge that wins pitches lives in four people’s heads.
- You need the sections to agree with each other, not just to exist.
Shapes it has been configured into
Wrappers of the same engine, not separate products. Where a line carries a figure, the figure is a design target from the scenario named beside it, not a customer result.
- PROPOSALS A complete proposal draft in 3 minutes. Scored by a judge before anyone reads it. DESIGN TARGET · proposal-generation scenario
- STATEMENTS OF WORK SOWs that used to take a day now take a conversation.
- EXECUTIVE SUMMARIES Every executive summary in your firm’s voice. Not a template’s.
Two numbers we measured. Two we are aiming at.
Measured figures name the run that produced them and come from a review packet in the product’s own repository. Design targets name the scenario they belong to. There is no third kind of number on this page.
What it costs
Set on the assessment call.
DocBase is in build, so the conversation is about your document types and when it is ready, not a number we would have to revise once we know.
What we will not claim
In build means the pipeline generates, judges and revises, and no golden document has been recorded yet, so we publish no measured quality score, latency or cost per document; the ones on this page and in its scenario are design targets. The judge is instructed to pass a document at 7.0 out of 10 and gets two revision rounds; after that it accepts the document and says so rather than pretending it passed.
Thirty minutes tells you whether DocBase fits.
A fixed agenda, a one-page map back within two business days, and no pitch. If DocBase is the wrong tool for your problem, that is what the map will say.
